
Organic Vegetable Fritata Recipe
Feeds 3-4
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of crushed tortilla chips
Sweet Peppers
1 tbsp Flour
Tomato
Onion
Chopped garlic
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Spices:
Garlic Powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Turmeric
Cayenne
Sea Salt
Pepper
Herbs:
Fresh chopped from the bedroom
Sweet Basil
Lemon Basil
Cilantro
Parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees for a 9 inch baking pan
1. Crush the tortilla chips, the size is up to you you can leave large chunks or grind it into a finer powder. This will provide a crunchy base for the meal.
2. Crack five eggs into a large mixing bowl. Then add 1 heaping tbsp of flour, mix well. Add any vegetables and spices, and mix together thoroughly.
3. Then, cook for about 25 minutes, or until the center no longer jiggles.
Then slice and serve it. It is a very simple recipe and makes a great breakfast, or you know, one of those Sunday breakfasts at 1:45 pm. You can do salsa and sour cream on top as well, its amazing.
